For certain activities, the Service issues general permits to authorize take of bald eagle nests, disturbance of breeding bald eagles, and take of bald eagles and/or golden eagles associated with power lines and wind energy infrastructure. This report provides a list of current (unexpired) general permits and the permittee's name, location, type of permit, and the permit’s effective dates (start and end).
