Draft Visitor Services Plan for Parker River National Wildlife Refuge

This 5-year strategic plan, active between 2025 - 2030, lays out intentional programming for engaging visitors and surrounding community members. Once implemented, the plan will ensure that the refuge adequately balances high-quality public use programs with natural resource objectives while contributing to the local economy.
