By completing the program, you'll earn the esteemed title of Junior Park Ranger and join a dedicated community of young conservationists committed to protecting our natural world.

Idalmaris Tillman, our dedicated Wildlife Refuge Specialist at Culebra National Wildlife Refuge, is also a registered Merit Badge Counselor with the Scouts of America. If you're passionate about wildlife, conservation, and nature, you're in for a treat! Work directly with Idalmaris to complete your merit badge requirements and dive deep into the wonders of Culebra.
