, in collaboration with two partner organizations (to be announced), invites the community to join us for an invigorating hike at the beautiful Jump Creek. This outdoor experience will not only encourage physical wellness, but also support environmental stewardship as we work together to keep the area clean by collecting trash along the way.
Before the hike, Super Nutrition coaches will guide participants through a series of stretches and moderate movements to ensure everyone is properly prepared for the climb.
We are excited to participate once again in this yearly week of activities and hope our community will join us in making this tradition both fun and impactful.
