Latinos Explorando & Paddleboarding

Bring a friend, bring 5, bring your brother, bring your mam谩鈥� Paddle from land to water at Quinn鈥檚 Pond as we explore with during Latino Conservation Week鈥攁 week dedicated to bringing our comunidad outdoors to enjoy and protect our earth, water, and air. 

We鈥檒l glide across the pond, learn paddleboarding basics (no experience needed!), and connect with naturaleza and comunidad. Afterwards, stay for Idaho River Sports鈥� Music on the Water from 6鈥�8 PM鈥攍ive music, food trucks, and 50% off rentals. Let鈥檚 celebrate culture, conservation, and connection鈥攁ll in one afternoon.

What to Bring: Wear water gear (swimsuit/shorts/sun tanks), water shoes, and bring a towel. A paddleboard with invasive species invasive species
An invasive species is any plant or animal that has spread or been introduced into a new area where they are, or could, cause harm to the environment, economy, or human, animal, or plant health. Their unwelcome presence can destroy ecosystems and cost millions of dollars.

sticker and a life jacket are required. A small waterproof pack to carry water, snacks, or cash for food trucks, plus sunscreen and any other personal items is recommended otherwise items can also be left in a car.

Accessibility: Paddleboarding at Quinn鈥檚 Pond offers calm waters perfect for beginners and a fun space for experienced paddlers to explore. Parking and restrooms are located on-site, and Idaho River Sports provides rentals right at the pond (50% off during Music on the Water from 6鈥�8 PM). Some loaner life jackets are available, others are available for purchase.
